Toddlers, Kids & Families
Yes - you read correctly... we have toddler classes!
While we work with those little bundles of chaotic energy, we will attempt to connect with them by having classes with parents, but engaging their curiosity through yoga poses, games, and even an early introduction to meditation!
Kids yoga classes are a great way to progress from toddlerhood to encourage self esteem, language, and good body image. We will continue the meditation section for kids as well to introduce tools for them to cope with everyday stresses.
With Kids being in many sports that don't focus on the importance of stretching, or informed coaches on lengthening properly, our children loose their flexability many time before they get to high school. Yoga is a wonderful practise that compliments sports, and gives your kids the edge of flexability.

Family Yoga Classes are introduced targeting various age groups of the children that will be attending. Kids of all ages are welcome to other classes for families with kids in multiple age groups, but they are targeted for the ages specified. Family classes are a great way to grow with your child(ren), encourage them, and to show learn, and show them the importance of a non-competitive practise that focuses on lengthening their bodies, and bringing peace to their minds.
