PreNatal Info

We are introducing two classes for PreNatal. One 'Active' and one 'Restorative'.

Active PreNatal is designed, but not limited to, women who are in their first 20 weeks of pregnancy. Typically you are feeling good, baby hasn't gotten too big so you are still mobile. It is a more active prenatal class, but if you come - it still doesn't mean you can sit a few exercises out! Learn how to safely adapt for your changing body.

Restorative PreNatal is designed, but again not limited to, women who are in the last 20 weeks of pregnancy. It still has some mildly active components to keep the body moving, but we start to focus on breathing & exercises for labour, and how to cope with the final weeks. Also good for those who are having issues in their pregnancy such as: nausea, sciatica, back pain, etc.
