Post Natal Info

* We have a wonderful array of classes for Post Natal moms!

Mom & Baby - at last - mom & baby the way it was supposed to be! We have broken down the age groups for mom & baby so that the babies are all at the same stages, as well as your recovery too, so the exercises will gradually get harder and harder as your body heals and starts to return back to normal!

Just Moms. This class is a workout that will target getting back into shape using various methods. Leave baby in our comfortable childminding area and take a bit of time for yourself, and at the end, a wonderful relaxation! feel free to fall asleep if thats what you need!
This class isn't specifically just for moms, but the language and exercises will be designed for the new mom body, mind and spirit!

Many times the first 6 weeks is tough, and we don't have a chance to see moms during most of it. below are Common issues and questions that our mom have from the start, so even if you can't make it to class, you still have our support!

The First 6 weeks
- Understanding your babies cries and how to help.
- Fitness for the first 6 weeks
- Feeling Down? Weepy? Its normal, when to worry and talk to your doctor.
- When can I come to Yoga Class with my baby?
- Breastfeeding Issues? Spitting up - how much is too much?
- What should I avoid while Breastfeeding?
- Baby got Gas? What you can do to help ease the pain.
- Baby temperatures - what to do when.

After 6 weeks
After 6 weeks isn't easy either, so we have compiled a list of questions and issues here as well.

- Still feeling down or weepy? Look for the trouble signs and when you should be consulting your doctor or counsellor before your 3 month checkup!
