So you have read all about us, you have seen the schedule and seen the benefits of what yoga can do for you... now to answer the question... Why Choose PRANA to start, continue or deepen your practice?
- At PRANA we do not have hot rooms.
We believe in you generating your own heat within your body by warming up properly, not relying on an artificial source. This allows you to still feel where your limits are and allow you to safely move into poses.
Many more benefits are directly related with a PROPER yoga practice.
- We only have room for 21 students in each room.
This is all a teacher can effectively handle. Our teachers are completely trained to provide safe and specific adjustments for each indiviual student.
- We have no mirrors.
We believe that the teachers should be able to correct you, and that you should FEEL how poses are, not look - looks can be deceiving! Also - chances are you aren't looking at yourself, and if you are, chances are you are being negative, all of which do not go hand in handwith a proper yoga practise!

- Yoga is our specialty, so we have brought in some other instructors that are leaders in their fields so no matter what you choose Belly dancing or personal training, you are getting the best practice, no matter what you do!
