About PRANA
We are a full service facility focused on providing classes and wellness services for the entire family.
Prana has two yoga studios for regular classes and one therapy studio equipped with a rope wall (under construction still).
We also have two treatment rooms where we offer wellness services for the entire family from massage to lactation consultation to osteopathy, and many more.
What makes Prana even more unique is that we have a family centre on site, in a fully secure area with easy access from personnel to the parent, so they enjoy their class with peace of mind.
Our facilities have showers - so come prepared with your towel and anything else you may need if you wish to use our facilities.
HOW WE TOOK OUR FIRST BREATH.
PRANA started as a dream.
We believe in creating a community where everyone can grow and learn together, bringing family values into the yoga community, bringing individuals and families together for a common purpose - to experience openly and without judgement.
KEEPING IT REAL.
Have you ever met someone who is affiliated with yoga and they seem flighty and perhaps a little 'too spiritual'? Sorta makes you want to turn and run the other way.
Yoga is amazing, and can help you relax and find inner peace, but it doesn't have to be fluffy, and no - you won't turn into 'that' person by doing yoga. Side effects of yoga include relaxation, better sleep habits, feeling good about yourself and many more.
We value each student as an individual with different needs and different learning styles, and in the end we all just want to feel good!
EXPERIENCE YOGA THE WAY IT WAS MEANT TO BE.
We have always been frustrated by the lack of training that some teachers receive, and having students come to her with stories and injuries, being afraid to accept adjustments due to injuries and previous experiences.
All of our teachers are highly experienced, and many have completed training with PRANA to ensure YOU are getting YOUR best practice. We are committed to helping our students achieve their optimal health.

When it comes to yoga these days - it seems you need to own a special dictionary so you can figure out what all the different types of yoga are and the type of class you are getting yourself into.
We see nothing wrong with the way yoga was originally intended, and have classes that reflect this.
No fluff, No weird classes, no dictionary needed.
But if you find that after seeing our schedule you still have questions, you can call us and speak to a teacher who can help you find your best class.
